the tenebrous mix of the blur and focus on the gesture encapsulated in red emphatically communicates that inexplicable passion.

Why are bars so dark?
What gesture do people with no arms make when they get really worked up?
Arm movements while talking... is it a carryover from pre-vocal communication eras or a development to enhance ideas since vocal communication eras?
The crowd morph to droning... the blur... it all felt like a metaphor for a drunken haze. I like how, by not putting any speech on it, you can assign different moods to the momment. The first time I saw it, I saw it as comic on stage whose routine was totally bombing and he was fighting with gestures to draw in an already-lost crowd. The second time i saw it as a political organizer trying to stir up some local action. The third time was when I realized he wasn't even on a stage. The gestures he made conveyed so much passion that I assigned him that high status location without even noticing that he was just sitting at the bar.
actually the bar was very light, but the guy wanted his identity hidden, he denied ever being passionate about anything and turned out to be a bit of a neo-nazi (literally), he was discussing the merits of Johnson over Shakespeare but then furiously dnied that he woud ever talk about the arts, generally an idiot out looking for an argument about anything. If he ever does make it on stage god help us all!.
body language people tend to talk about arm movements giving away our true intention/meaning, I think we use them to enhance what we say but I guess their roots are in the pre-vocal era
yep i like the audio better then video this time. but again its awsome ..
but my god, the audio. 10/10
